Dr. Willis speaks and teaches about personal and family empowerment in a way that has her audiences laughing, nodding, and connecting with a deep sense of “I got this!” as they learn practical ways to shift how they show up for themselves and those they care about most.

Dr. Lynyetta G. Willis is a psychologist, coach, founder and CEO of Inner Pathways Coaching and Consulting, LLC who helps frustrated families, teachers, and child care providers deal with day-to-day behavioral challenges with more patience and confidence. Through innovative strategies, Dr. Willis’s audiences learn to turn reactions and overwhelm into mindful and compassionate responses. 

Her creativity, love of imagery, and journey with countless clients and child care professionals, led Dr. Willis to create her highly acclaimed Elemental Living(R) Model for Parenting and Personal Leadership as well as her P.A.T.H.S to Evolving Relationships Framework(TM). Dr. Willis’s innovative approach to challenging behaviors integrates mindfulness principles, brain science, imagery, and over 20 years of experience in the psychology field.
