Whether it’s deepening connection with a child, resetting unhelpful dynamics, or softening tension in your partnership, we’ll design a clear, intentional focus just for your family. You don’t have to wonder, “will this work for us?” Together, we’ll create a meaningful focus for your family’s retreat experience.
We’ve designed this retreat with real families in mind—families with different ages, personalities, comfort levels, and nervous systems. Some kids love jumping in. Others need time. That’s why our schedule includes:
Activities that are connecting, creative, and non-cringe 🙂
We want to write a special note about the children. Many of the activities will involve your whole family together. When there are moments where your child is invited to participate separately, our main intention will be to group the kids in ways that allow all of the kids to feel safe and included – where play and fun are guiding the experience. No one will be forced to separate, these moments are optional and designed to feel fun and welcoming, not overwhelming.
In that vein, there is no mandatory performance expected of a child. Whether or not a child participates is never seen as a benchmark; it’s just information – an opportunity to get curious and meet them where they are.
If you’re not sure how this will land for your child, feel free to reach out, we’re happy to talk it through with you.
We honor and welcome neurodiverse families. Many of our retreat activities are designed to be sensory-aware, play-based, and adaptive, with ample space for flexibility, movement, and quiet when needed.
While we can’t offer one-on-one support or specialized care, we’re happy to talk with you beforehand to ensure the weekend will be a good fit for your child’s needs.
Our goal is to create an environment where every child feels safe being exactly who they are, and where parents can feel supported, too.
We love that your family spans different ages and this retreat is designed with that in mind.
Our programming is created for families with children ages 4 to 17. That means your teen is absolutely welcome and they won’t be stuck doing “kid stuff.” Teens will have chances to reflect, connect, and take on leadership roles in ways that feel meaningful and age-appropriate.
We do ask that children be at least 4 years old to attend. Much of what we’ll explore involves emotional insight, group rhythm, and play-based activities that work best when children can engage with some guidance and independence.
To ensure the safety and dignity of all children, and to protect our facilitators, children must also be fully potty trained and able to use the bathroom independently, as staff will not be able to enter stalls or assist with diapering or toileting.
That’s absolutely okay. Whether you’re attending with just one child or bringing your whole crew… let’s do this!
This retreat is designed to support connections within the family, between parents and children, as well as between parents.
The activities, tools, and real-time support we offer are designed to help families reconnect, communicate better, and feel more in sync, no matter how many people from your family are able to attend.
While having more family members present can create more shared momentum, research in family systems shows that even one person making intentional changes can positively shift the dynamic at home. That means if it’s just you and your child attending, the changes you make together can create real, lasting transformation for your whole family.
You don’t need everyone to be there to make a difference, you just need the willingness to show up, engage, and take that first step together.
We love that you’re seeking deeper connection as a couple; and while there will be intentional time and space for couples to explore and reconnect, this retreat is designed for families to grow together, which means having at least one child (ages 4–17) present.
Without children, many of the retreat experiences, especially those grounded in playful interaction, real-time practice, and family-specific transformation won’t fully translate.
So yes, couples will absolutely have moments to connect. But this isn’t a couples retreat, it’s a space for your entire family system to reset and remember how good it feels to be in sync again.
If you’re seeking more focused support for your relationship, consider our Couples VIP Packages, where you and your partner can work 1:1 with me—virtually or in person—to explore patterns, reconnect emotionally, and co-create personalized tools for lasting change.
That’s not an uncommon question, especially for couples trying to navigate both family life and their relationship. If you’re asking that, you’re not alone.
This retreat isn’t about perfection. You don’t have to have it all together, just a willingness to be curious about what you want for your family, and yourself… and what might need to shift to make that happen.
While this isn’t a couples retreat, we know that your relationship with your partner plays a big role in the overall health of your family. There will be space to explore those dynamics, alongside the ones you have with your children and yourself.
If your family is in active crisis — navigating infidelity, domestic violence, substance abuse, or unprocessed trauma — this isn’t the space to do that deep repair work.
But if you’re stuck in what I call Stable Misery® — where things look fine on the surface but feel heavy or disconnected underneath — this retreat can help you reset and find a better way forward.
We’re welcoming just 5-6 families to this retreat. We intentionally keep it small so everyone feels seen, supported, and safe—never lost in the crowd. We know choices like these often require discussions, so please chat with your family and with us (if you have questions) soon! These spots will go fast.
This isn’t more talk. This is a full-body, whole-family immersion.
We combine skill-building with elemental embodiment, play, and visioning.
It sticks—because you don’t just hear it. You live it.
Add to that, a post-retreat integration group, where you’ll be able to ask questions, and get support around anything that popped up once you arrived home.
That’s the beauty of this retreat—you won’t just leave with a feeling. You’ll leave with rituals, shared agreements, and a take-home plan.
Plus, there’s a post-retreat virtual meeting where you get to ask questions and receive support; as well as, optional follow-up support to keep your momentum going.
You’re right—it’s an investment. But ask yourself:
You’ll leave with tools, memories, and a co-created vision that lasts far beyond three days.
